Every plant we ship arrives in good condition or we'll send you a new one. Before sending any plant, we make sure they are healthy and carefully packaged. If any plant arrives damaged, send us a picture within 7 days and we'll make it right. Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.
