Domestic shipping can take up to 4 to 8 business days depending on your order. Some products may arrive separately.

Returns & Refunds
Every plant we send is healthy and arrives in good condition or we'll send you a new one. Damages can happen if the shipping company handles the package roughly. If this happens, share a photo with us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
If your plant or product arrives damaged, share a photo with us within 7 days to qualify for a refund.
We recommend adding our Winter Plant Shipping Protection when ordering plants during the winter months if the order is shipping to an area that gets below 50 degrees.
Please add our $7 Winter Heat Pack at a checkout. If you order arrives with cold damage when the shipping protection is added to your order, we will either send you a new replacement or issue a full refund.
The cost of return shipping is handled by the customer.
